Guwahati’s Water Supply to Be Suspended from March 2-5 for Robotic Pipeline Survey

The Guwahati Jal Board has announced a temporary suspension of water supply from March 2 to March 5 for the second phase of a robotic pipeline survey. The decision comes after a recent pipeline burst in Pandu, causing damage to nearby areas.

The first phase of the survey, conducted in February, detected 12 weak points in the water pipeline system. Authorities will also investigate the cause of the latest pipeline burst.
